Its a good strategy to make advertise in a new way but have to work very hard in order to get progressive results and targeted traffic to the website but i searched it but found only paid services where they offer to get services for a paid podcast, i need to know whether there are any free services or website where we can podcast for free?

I definitely want to keep updates ongoing with the Conversation and Community book, but I'm also interested in what happens next for our field. Is it the emergence of Agile development practices? I'm an embedded writer on an Agile team now and it's a new way of working. Content strategy seems to be coming into its own as well. I'm interested in new job titles it brings like Content Curator (Demand Media, parent to pluck.com, has two people in these roles) and Chief Content Officer (PBS has one, NPR may have one also). I am exploring where this book takes me as well - there could be a workbook or a course to spin off from it.

Anne, it was fun to talk with you about the book. Reading is one thing, but then following it up with a one-to-one conversation is even better. Do you have a second book you're working on?

Thanks again for recording this podcast and asking good questions as always. I appreciate the opportunity to give the book a conversational voice with a podcast episode about the book.

I dug up the blog entry where I got to talk to customers at a user forum and took a picture of two brothers. It's http://talk.bmc.com/blogs/blog-gentle/anne-gentle/forum-photos. It seemed so unusual at the time. Maybe it's not so strange to think of two guys working in IT in the same town at two different companies using the same products, but it seemed like a one-in-a-few-thousand occurrence to me. :)
