Is it the emergence of Agile development practices? I'm an embedded writer on an Agile team now and it's a new way of working. Content strategy seems to be coming into its own as well. I'm interested in new job titles it brings like Content Curator (Demand Media, parent to pluck.com, has two people in these roles) and Chief Content Officer (PBS has one, NPR may have one also). I am exploring where this book takes me as well - there could be a workbook or a course to spin off from it. It seemed so unusual at the time.
