My impressions of Anne's book are very similar to yours, and especially the comment that the book is an idea generator. In that way, the book has a lot in common with the medium/phenomenon that it describes. Anne has not tried to cover everything in the book. That would be impossible, in such an agile communication sphere, and also tedious. Instead, she's communicated her great enthusiasm and given us a lot of ways to approach the social web for documentation ourselves. I particularly like the personal slant you put on your posts.
