Mader was recentlyinterviewed by Tom Johnsonfor his popular TechWriterVoices podcast. And, his book, Wikipatterns: A Practical Guide to Improving Productivity and Collaboration in Your Organization is a must read for anyone serious about using wikis in the workplace.
