Hey good thread... the Wiki is the origin of all stories... and I would like to see more TWs there contributing user stories. The hidden agenda in any SW environment though is you then have to campaign for your stories to be included in the next release. This recent post is an adjunct to your thread, TWs as UX designers... that is one Agile updraft: http://www.sleepingdeer.com/yawp/?p=141

The engineering group with which I work uses a wiki really well in an Agile environment. We also use JIRA, and we link information in the wiki to stories and tasks in JIRA. It works really nicely!
